I started my journey with the Adi-Yog practice at the age of 9 on the foothills of the Himalayas. For a child, it was discipline. But over decades of practice, I discovered that Yoga is not just exercise it is a sophisticated science that affects every system in the body, from the lymphatic to the cardiovascular.
