Who We Are

At Mind Your Body Centers, we believe that true wellness is about more than just physical health. It’s about unlocking your full potential. Our comprehensive approach includes personalized coaching, fitness programs, and mindfulness practices designed to help you become your “Awake Buddha.”

We explore the science behind the mystical world of Himalaya Adi-Yog, teaching that human beings need not be contained in defined limitations. Meditation with Yoga improves mood, memory, and decreases perceptions of pain. Pāśupatayog (Pasu-Pati) combines with Kundalini to detox, purifying the air via breath exercises to activate your Shakti energy.
