Studio Policies & Etiquette
To ensure a sacred space for all, we ask that you honor these commitments.
Cancellations & Deposits
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at booking. Please reschedule at least 12 hours prior. No-shows result in forfeiture of deposit.
Class Rules
Standard classes require 6-hour notice for cancellation. A $25 penalty applies for late cancels or no-shows to respect our teachers’ time.
Long-Term Refunds
4+ Weeks Notice: Refund minus $250 fee.
2-4 Weeks Notice: Refund minus $500 fee.
Under 2 Weeks: No refund ($500 credit may apply).
Health & Conduct
Students with illness symptoms must skip sessions (makeup dates provided). Disruptive behavior may result in disenrollment without refund.
