The Science of VU-goal – The Universal Tool for Inner Mind Body Connection series 1/5

Most humans spend their lives trying to “solve” their problems through the mind. But the mind is where the clock, the money, and the ego reside. To reach true peace, we must move past the mind and into the Aura Vibration.

The VU-goal practice is not an exercise; it is a technology. It is the ancient Himalayan method of connecting the living soul to the five elements of the universe through subtle movement and breath.

What is VU-goal?

VU-goal stands for Vibration, Unity, and the Goal of Balanced Energy. It is the master key to rectifying the ego and realigning your internal frequency.

The Three Pillars of the Practice

1. V – Vibration (The Subtle Movement)

In this practice, speed is the enemy. We move with Slow Subtle Movements.

  • The Science: When you move at a microscopic pace, you stimulate the nervous system’s “proprioceptors” without triggering the ego’s “performance” drive. This creates a piezoelectric charge in your cells, mimicking the natural vibration of the Earth itself.
  • The Practice: Move your hand from your side to your heart. It should take a full minute. Feel the air resisting your skin. This is the “Earth” and “Water” elements balancing within you.

2. U – Unity (The Breath of the Elements)

Unity is the bridge between the living (you) and the non-living (the space around you).

  • The Science: By using a specific ratio—4 counts to inhale, 8 counts to exhale—you force the heart rate to synchronize with the “Universal Force.” This clears the “static” from your aura.
  • The Practice: Inhale the purity of the “Air” element. Exhale twice as long to release the “Fire” of stress.

3. Goal (The Akasha/Space)

The “Goal” is the Space—the pause between the breaths.

  • The Science: This is the moment of “Internal Weightlessness.” When the breath stops and the body is still, the ego has no place to hide. You are no longer a person with a name or a bank account; you are a being of Awake Balanced Energy.

Why ‘Subtle’ is the Only Way

As we teach at Mind Your Body Senters, the universe does not scream; it hums. To connect to that hum, your movements must be as subtle as the growth of a tree or the shifting of a mountain.

The First Step of Your Journey

Do not look for peace in a book. Do not look for it in a destination. For the next seven days, practice moving your body with such slowness that time seems to disappear. This is the only tool you need to connect to the peace from anywhere on Earth.
