The 12-Week Cleansing Plan
Cleaning the Paśu (bound soul) is the mechanical ticket to becoming Pati (Lord). This plan assumes moderate health, access to quiet time, and willingness to commit 30–90 minutes most days.
Program Structure
- Weeks 1–4 (Foundation): Hygiene, ethics, breath, and basic mantra.
- Weeks 5–8 (Deepening): Longer meditation, pranayama, study, devotional practice.
- Weeks 9–12 (Integration): Sustained silence, retreat days, approach to a teacher.
Commitments
- Daily Time: 30–90 minutes most days.
- Primary Aims: Ethical purification, steadiness of mind.
- Safety: Avoid strict fasts or extreme practices without supervision.
Daily Routine (Baseline)
- Morning (20–40 mins) Wake before sunrise. Cleanse. 15–21 mins Mantra/Japa. 10–20 mins Meditation.
- Midday (5–15 mins) Mindful breathing or 5 mins Pranayama (Nadi Śodhana).
- Evening (20–40 mins) Reflective reading (15–30 mins). Meditation (Witness consciousness). Journaling.
Techniques & Progress
- Ethical Discipline (Sīla) Honest speech, non-injury.
- Mantra/Japa Use "Om" or breath count (In 4, Hold 2, Out 6).
- Prāṇāyāma Gentle Nadi Śodhana (6–12 rounds).
- Self-Inquiry Neti-style (I am not the body).

Class Cancellation Window
You must cancel at least 6 hours prior to start time. Cancellations via online account only.
Late Fees & No-Shows
Late Cancel: $25 Fee. No-Show: $25 Fee + Forfeit credit.
Retreats & Events
Credit given if canceled 4-30 days prior. No Refunds if canceled within 3 days.
